Terms & Conditions

1) Eligibility & Research-Only

• 21+ only. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase.
• Research use only. Our products are not intended for human consumption and are not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use. They are not drugs or medical devices.
• Qualified purchaser. You represent that you have the appropriate authority and approvals to purchase research materials for authorized research and analytical purposes.
• No advice. We do not provide medical advice, interpretation, or guidance regarding use, dosing, or consumption.
• Canada-only. We sell and ship exclusively within Canada.

2) Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

• Currency. All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.
• Order review. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, regulatory risk, inventory limits).
• Acceptance. An order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation. Listing products or sending an order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance.
• Errors & omissions. We may correct pricing, availability, or typographic errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

3) Payment

• Methods. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include Interac e-Transfer and other third-party processors).
• 24-hour rule (Interac). Orders placed via Interac e-Transfer must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
• Security. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Origin & timelines. Orders ship from Ontario, Canada. See Shipping & Returns for processing and delivery estimates.
• Risk of loss. Risk of loss transfers to you once the shipment is tendered to the carrier and receives an acceptance scan, to the extent permitted by law.
• Address accuracy. We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5) Cancellations, Returns & Reshipments

• Order changes. Contact support before shipment to request cancellation; shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
• Change-of-mind. Due to the nature of laboratory materials, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Damaged in transit. Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery (or first delivery scan) with photos of the outer packaging, label, and contents, plus your order number, so we can assist with a carrier claim.
• Refused / wrong-address / unclaimed parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, you may request a reshipment of the original order for a flat $25 CAD fee (covers return processing and a new shipping label).

6) Compliance & Prohibited Uses

• Legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring procurement, possession, transport, and use comply with applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.
• No consumer resale. Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, marketed, or resold for consumer, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary purposes.
• No medical use. Do not use for diagnostic, therapeutic, or other medical applications.

7) Warranties & Disclaimers

• As-is. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• No guarantees. We make no guarantees or representations regarding outcomes, results, or suitability for any particular application.
• Information only. Any documentation provided is informational and is not medical advice.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordexa Research and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordexa Research from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your purchase, possession, transport, or use of products, including any misuse, diversion, or violation of these Terms.

10) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or supply interruptions.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Venue lies in Ontario courts.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
