Shipping & Returns (Canada)
We sell and ship products exclusively within Canada from Ontario. Timelines below are estimates and may vary by carrier and location.
Shipping
- Origin: Ontario, Canada
- Processing Time: Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Most deliveries arrive in 5–10 business days (about 1–2 weeks total from the order date). Remote areas may take longer.
- Service: Tracked parcel services (carrier selected at our discretion).
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
- Signature: A signature may be required for higher-value orders at our discretion.
- Canada-Only: Orders placed with non-Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
- Correct Address Required: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to the address provided and cannot change it after shipment.
- Undeliverable / Refused / Unclaimed: If a parcel is returned due to refusal, invalid address, or not being collected before a carrier deadline, the original items may have remained in the postal system longer than intended.
- Reshipment Option (All Products): You may request a reshipment of the original order for a flat $25 CAD fee (covers return processing and a new shipping label). By requesting reshipment, you acknowledge the items experienced extended transit time and accept any associated risk.
- Lost Parcels: If tracking shows no scans or movement for 10 business days, contact support. We will open a carrier investigation and assist with next steps.
Temperature & Handling
- Time-Sensitive Materials: Some items may be sensitive to heat or cold. We pack appropriately based on season and item type.
- Prompt Retrieval: You are responsible for timely retrieval after delivery or attempted delivery to maintain product integrity.
Returns, Damage & Refunds
- No Change-of-Mind Returns: Due to the nature of laboratory materials, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged in Transit: Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist with a carrier claim.
- Reshipments: If a parcel is returned to us (refused/invalid/unclaimed), you may request a reshipment for $25 CAD. By requesting reshipment, you acknowledge the original items were in the postal system longer than intended and accept any associated risk.
