The following terms govern the purchase and handling of materials from Nordexa Research. Products are supplied strictly for research purposes by qualified professionals in controlled environments.
Scope of Use
- Not for human or veterinary use. Products are not intended for ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease and are not medical devices or drugs.
- Laboratory conditions only. Materials must be handled in appropriately equipped facilities by trained personnel familiar with safe handling, storage, and disposal.
- Age restriction: Purchasers must be 21+.
Purchaser Responsibilities
- Compliance with law. You are responsible for ensuring procurement, possession, transport, and use comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
- Qualified personnel. Only individuals with appropriate training and institutional approval may handle materials.
- Risk management. You accept all risks associated with experimental use, including hazards arising from misuse or improper storage.
- No resale to consumers. Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, or resold for consumer or therapeutic applications.
Availability, Shipping & Handling
- Canada-only. We sell and ship products exclusively within Canada. Orders using non-Canadian addresses are not accepted and may be cancelled.
- Origin: Ontario, Canada. See Shipping & Returns for timelines and policies.
- Temperature sensitivity: Some items may be sensitive to heat or cold. Retrieve promptly after delivery.
